Forge console does not behave as expected when deleting a character in a command that surpasses the terminal width

The problem presents itself when deleting characters with forward delete or with backspace (but in this last case only when not at the end of the line). The command is not broken at the appropriate place which causes the viewer's wordwrap to kick in.
