Examples - Hybrid Mobile Tools requirement is not fulfilled even when installed

      1. Open Mobile Applications -> Contacts-mobile-basic central example
      ASSERT: Hybrid Mobile Tools are not found
      2. Select the requirement and install it
      3. Restart IDE
      4. Open contacts-mobile-basic again
      FAIL: Hybrid Mobile Tools still aren't found, you can't install anything else (wizard says that all plugins are installed)
