Default Dynamic Project contains redundant nodes/files

    Description

      Default Dynamic Web Project creates lots of redundant nodes (attachment coming). This unnecessarily clutters the main view of the application.

      Specifically, don't show nodes when there is no content. For example, web.xml is not generated by default but even then "Deployment Descriptor" node is shown.
