If user toggles between Browser Engine options in Browsersim preferences - duplicate error messages are displayed

      Steps to recreate:

      • Open BrowserSim preferences
      • Select either option for Browser Engine (SWT or JavaFX)
      • Resize the dialog - observe the error messages as displayed in the attached screenshot
