Compute installed status for Central connector according to IU (not Discovery internal mechanism)

    Description

      When all the features of a Discovery connector are installed, then this connector should be considered as installed.
      Instead, what happens is that the connector is not detected as installed (using internal discovery mechanism) and is still appearing on the list of available software to install.
