Angular JS Forge project on central asks to install forge even if forge is already installed and cannot proceed

    Description

      If I attempt to import Angular JS Forge project from central it asks to install forge components. But forge is already installed. Dialog says it cannot proceed with the installation. Please see screenshots attached.
