CA: There is no CA for <h:outputText value="|"/> on XHTML pages.

      EXECUTE: Open inputname XHTML page
      EXECUTE: type <h:outputText value="|"/> (for other tags the same situation)
      ASSERT: CA with list of JSF variables , messages and managed beans should appear
      FAILURE: No CA at all.
