Cannot create OSE quickstarts

      ASSERT: Have a connection to OSE server and domain within it.
      EXEC: Open New Application Wizard
      EXEC: Choose any quickstart on the first wizard page
      EXEC: Proceed through wizard (add name on the second page and click Next, Next, Finish).

      RESULT: Quickstart creation fail.
      EXPECTED RESULTS: Quickstart is successfully created.

      It is not possible to create a quickstart on OpenShift enterprise instance (tried console.itos.redhat.com). I have tried several quickstarts and none of them worked. There is a error dialog shown after hitting a Fininish button in the wizard.
