steps to reproduce:

1. ASSERT: make sure you have at least 2 connections
2. EXEC: launch application wizard via File->New->OpenShift->New Application
3. EXEC: in Credentials dialog: select 2nd connection, provide password and hit "Next"
4. EXEC: hit "Cancel"
5. EXEC: Re-launch application wizard

Result:
In the credentials dialog: 1st connection is preselected

Expected result:
In the credentials dialog: 2nd connection is preselected since I used the 2nd connection in my last invocation of the wizard.
