tern integration is not working OOTB if node.js is not installed

    Description

      Currently tern bundles with node.js binaries are not installed by default from TP and it means tern integration is not working if there is no local node.js installation.

      It happens because I forgot to add "x-installation:=greedy" directive into jst.jsdt manifest when JBDS-3049 was fixed.
