Remove install button in Toolbar

    Description

      There is already a dynamic and contextual "Install/Update (11)" button for the catalog of features.
      I guess any user will quickly understand that it's the button to install or update what they just selected.
      So I'm in favour of removing the install toolbar button, which doesn't seem to provide any additional value to user.
