Update TP with latest m2e-apt 1.1.0 build

Reason:
Latest m2e-apt 1.1.0 (1.1.0.201405210909) build contains several fixes wrt to Annotation Processing arguments detection and automatic project configuration based on pom properties (See https://github.com/jbosstools/m2e-apt/issues?milestone=3&page=1&state=closed)

This is a similar request to JBIDE-16151
