    Description

      Cordova CLI has a new restore and save commands for saving a list of plugins and restore (auto-installing) them. This is a good feature to add into Thym. The implementation should.
      1. Add auto-restore into cordova app import wizard and existing project import
      2. Modify plugin installation and removal to add/remove necessary plugin references to config.xml

      Also validations for missing plugins can be added once project validations are in place.
