In the Download Runtimes wizard, on the JBoss.org Terms and Conditions page, the user must select a country from the drop-down list before proceeding.

This isn't obvious as the drop-down list doesn't have a label or default text. Suggest adding a 'Country' label to the left of the drop-down list - like on the first page of the project wizards: 'Target Runtime' and next to that the drop-down list for selecting the runtime.

Also, is the license text missing formatting?
