look at merging/unifying the various wsdl2java/java2wsdl features we have

noticed that SY has "yet another WSDL2java" wizard.

I think that makes the total around 3+ or so if you count Teiid, webservices and core eclipse WTP.

Teiid's is probably deeper ingrained into Teiid itself - so might be harder to extract.
