Application wizard: application type label should show full cartridge name (predefined carts: short-name, downloadable carts: url)

Steps to reproduce:

1. EXEC: launch New Application wizard
2. EXEC: select Code Anything and get to next page
3. ASSERT: Application type should show Code Anything (url)

Result:
Application type only shows Code Anything (url is missing)

1. EXEC: launch New Application wizard
2. EXEC: select JBoss Application Server 7 and get to next page
3. ASSERT: Application type should show JBoss Application Server 7 (jbossas-7)

Result:
Application type only shows JBoss Application Server 7 (short-name is missing)
