      STEP: Start a JPP 6 server (e.g. 6.0, 6.1 or 6.1.1)

      A problem occurs when JPP server is restarted. There is a dialog window with message "Server <name> failed to start." but the server is successfully restarted and there is also output in console.

      This bug is not always reproducible. However, automatized UI tests failed due to this problem every time with JPP 6.1.
