      1. ASSERT: make sure you have NO connection defined in OpenShift Explorer
      2. EXEC: launch OpenShift application wizard via File->New->Other->OpenShift->OpenShift Application

      Using Luna M6 JEE, with JBoss Tools 4.2.0.Beta1 installed, I got the following error

      The selected wizard could not be started.
      Plug-in "org.jboss.tools.openshift.express.ui" was unable to instantiate class "org.jboss.tools.openshift.express.internal.ui.wizard.application.NewOpenShiftApplicationWizard".
      java.lang.NullPointerException

      Nothing more verbose in log file nor Error Log view
