      2. Open Forge view and start Forge
      3. Use this command to create a project:
      new-project --named foo
      For the prompt press enter
      4. The project is created, but not visible in Eclipse - FAIL

      When you create a project in Forge on Windows, it is created alright, but the project is not imported to Eclipse so it does not appear in the project explorer.
