Today, you can bookmark http://tools-stg.jboss.org/downloads/devstudio/kepler/7.1.0.GA.html#central but the page you see is http://tools-stg.jboss.org/downloads/devstudio/kepler/7.1.0.GA.html#marketplace because the anchor is not used to render the page / select the correct tab.
