Steps to Reproduce:

EXEC: launch application wizard and provide the settings and hit "Finish"

ASSERT: new application is imported to workspace project

ASSERT: You're prompted and asked "Do you want to publish?"

EXEC: say "No"

Result:

The adapter states Synchronized even though you can see in the egit-decorator that there's 1 local change that was not pushed to the origin - the local clone is NOT synchronized
