Un-categorize "JBoss GWT Integration (experimental)" feature from JBT update site

Description

    We're retiring the experimental JBoss GWT Integration feature (NOT the maven one!). 1st step of retiring it is to uncategorize it from the JBT update site. (I don't believe it's available on the JBDS one).

    Users will still be able to install it if they uncheck "Group items by category" when looking at the update site in Eclipse
