Do not display Features already added to project in Cordova Plugin Discovery dialog

User Scenario:

1. Create Hybrid Mobile project and add some Features to config.xml
2. Click on Add... to add additional Features to project
Would be good if Cordova Plugin Discovery dialog will contain only those features which are not already added to config.xml file
