JPP 6.1 project does not contain JBoss Portlet Libraries

      STEP: open dialog window New Dynamic web Project (File > New > Other > Web > Dynamic Web Project)
      STEP: set project name
      STEP: set target runtime to JPP 6.1 (use JPP 6.1.Final)
      STEP: set dynamic web nodule version to 2.5
      STEP: set configuration to <custom> with 3 required project facets ("Dynamic Web Module", "Java" and "JBoss Core Portlet")
      STEP: click three times on button "Next" (now you are on wizard page "JBoss Portlet Capabilities")
      STEP: set type of portlet implementation library to "Portlet Target Runtime Provider"
      ASSERT: button "Finish" is now active
      STEP: create the Dynamic Web Project (click on the button "Finish")
      ASSERT: project contains file "JBoss Portlet Libraries"
      FAIL: project does not contain required file

      try to create portlet in this project
      STEP: New > JBoss Tools Web > Portlet > Java Portlet
      STEP: define class name and package name
      ASSERT: No error in workspace
      FAIL: Errors found

    Description

      Portal project with target runtime JPP 6.1.Final does not contain file "JBoss Portlet Libraries", so Java Portlet contains errors. However, if you create portal project with JPP 6.1.Beta then the file exists and no error is present.
