Additional LiveReload server created when LiveReload server host is not localhost

1. Create LiveReload server with host 127.0.0.1
ASSERT: LiveReload server with proper host is available within Server view and it's only LiveReload server defined within Server view
2. Import HTML5 project from JBoss Central
3. Run HTML5 project on server
4. Show HTML5 project in Web Browser with LiveReload via Servers View context menu Show In
ASSERT: LiveReload server with host 127.0.0.1 is started
ASSERT: Opened URL in Web Browser starts with 127.0.0.1:
ASSERT: Changes to opend index.html file are reflected in Web Browser
ERROR: Additional LiveReload server at localhost is added to server view. Status is stopped.
