      1. ASSERT: make sure you have an OpenShift application imported to your workspace
      2. EXEC: in the Package Explorer: choose OpenShift->Configure Markers
      3. EXEC: check a new marker (ex. enable_jpda)
      4. EXEC: in the Servers view: choose Publish on the server adapter for your OpenShift application

      Result:
The marker is created but it's not git added/committed and thus not pushed to OpenShift (since the adapter is not adding new files automatically. It only commits and pushes staged files).

      Expected:
The marker was created, git added/committed and pushed to OpenShift.

After you created the marker, open the navigator view, unfold the .openshift/markers/ directory and pick Team->Add to Index from the context menu on your marker file (ex. enable_jpda). The server adapter will commit and push the file that you added manually.
