Adapt soa bot tests for Kepler

Currently all soa bot tests live in jbosstools-4.0.x branch since they were developed for Eclipse Juno. Now, there is new update site for Eclipse Kepler

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/integration/kepler/integration-stack/aggregate/4.1.0/

and we should adapt our tests for this version of eclipse. The following tests should be adapted at first:

• bpel
• esb
• modeshape
• jbpm3

and then

• teiid
• bpmn2
• switchyard
• drools
