Fixing issue with ESB pom

Received some help from Michael Istria and Rob Stryker pointing out what needed to be done in the ESB pom.

"You target platform (defined in your pom) specify dependency to JBT core components, and the fact that you re-use parent makes that you also consumes dependencies from the jbosstools-nighly site. And since we've not been strict in versioning, it ends up with a mixed installation of a recent core without foundation.
A solution for you, as you don't depend on other stuff of JBTIS, could be to use JBT core TP, and don't define any other TP in your pom."
