When we restart eclipse under MAC OS with open VPE, VPE initialized not correctly.

    • Eclipse 3.3.1.1, MAC OS tiger,

      1. create jsf kick start project with facets
      2. open inputname.xhtml file in VPE
      3.close eclipse with opened VPE
      4.run again eclipse on same workspace.
      5.ASSERT we should see preview page in visual part of editor.
