BrowserSim: need to add possibility of enabling/disabling LiveReload from BrowserSim and CordovaSim

Probably, the most user friendly way of enabling / disabling LiveReload would be adding suitable menu item (SWT.CHECK) -
Enabling/disabling LiveReload would work with synchronized windows(would be specific for every BrowserSim instance) - just like "Use Skins" option.
