OpenShift Application wizard: commits even if there are no changes

      1. ASSERT: make sure you have an application running on OpenShift or create a new one
      2. EXEC: Import the application to your local workspace
      3. ASSERT: look into the git history and verify that the import created a commit "Commit from JBoss Tools" which includes the .gitignore:
      4. EXEC: pick it's freshly created server adapter and "Publish"
      5. EXEC: Delete your workspace project for the imported application
      6. EXEC: import your OpenShift application again
      7. ASSERT: double check if there's a new commit via EGit history (or git cmd-line)

      Result:
      The import created another empty commit:
