Adding proxy that does livereload.js script injection

Details

    • The user can open an HTML file from the project explorer or the package explorer using the the "Open With>Web Browser via LiveReload Proxy" and the Web Browser will open the file using the http:// protocol instead of file:// protocol.

    Description

      Add an option to inject the livreload.js script. This is only available when the resource are served from a webserver - ie, not so doable for file accessed by the local browsers using the file:// scheme
