Openshift: Failed to connect server as the server URL from express.conf which was created with double quotes via rhc

      1. Run "rhc setup" with rhc client to generate the express.conf
      2. Try to connect to the openshift server generated in express.conf

      Actual results:
      It's failed to connect as double quotas generated.

      Expect results:
      The openshift plugin should read the server url without double quota added and make sure it could be connected.

      express.conf generated via rhc as below:

      1. The OpenShift server to connect to
        libra_server="ec2-184-72-86-133.compute-1.amazonaws.com"
      1. Your OpenShift login name
        default_rhlogin="jinzhang+3@redhat.com"
      1. The default timeout for network operations
        #timeout=<integer>
      1. If true, certificate errors will be ignored.
      2. WARNING: This may allow others to eavesdrop on your communication with OpenShift.

      1. The SSL protocol version to use when connecting to this server
