Need to implement "Open in new window" functionality, since this action is available in the standard SWT Browser menu.

Update1:
The first implementation of this feature was opening new window links in new BrowserSim instances.

A problem with it appeared when we implemented JBIDE-13525 (synchronized windows of BrowserSim). Basically synchronized windows looked the same as links opened in new windows.

Update2:
We decided to not create new windows for "open in new window" because of the problem above.
For now 'new window' links are opened in the same window.
