Connection dialog won't close after creating connection with different server

      1. EXEC: push "Connect to OpenShift" in OpenShift Explorer
      2. EXEC: in the upcoming connection dialog: uncheck "Use default server" and enter a valid server (that's different from the default)
      3. ASSERT: make sure you have a valid username provided
      4. EXEC: provide a valid password
      5. EXEC: hit Finish

      Result:
      The dialog wont close, it'll still be there but the server is empty:

      The new connection was created and shows up in the OpenShift Explorer

      Expected result:
      The dialog should get closed.
