Apple Application Support version 2.1.x seems to work without any issues. But the latest Quicktime and iTunes are bundled with Apple Application Support 2.2+, which seems not to be binary compatible with JDK.

Workaround for JBDS 5.0.0.GA-6.0.0.Beta2/JBoss Tools 3.3.0.GA-4.0.0.Beta2:
      1. Remove all Apple software from your system including Apple Application Support, Safari, QuickTime and iTunes.
      2. Install QuickTime 7.72.80.56, or iTunes 10.6.3, or both of them. Uncheck the "Update automatically" checkbox during installation!
      3. Go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features (if it is already opened, close it and open again to refresh) and ensure that Apple Application Support 2.1.x is installed.
      4. Run JBDS 5.0.0.GA->BrowserSim. It should work now.

    Description

BrowserSim not working from JBDS on Windows 7 32 bit with JDK 1.6 installed. JVM is crashing.

      Update:
This issue is fixed in JBoss Tools 4.0.0.CR1/JBDS 6.0.0.CR1. Starting from these versions, BrowserSim requires Safari to be installed (instead of iTunes and QuickTime).
