In Beta2 (JBIDE-12168) we allowed every OpenShift connection to use its very own server. This allows you to work with openshift.redhat.com,
a liveCD or your very own OpenShift origin instance in parallel. With this change we started using the server when storing the connections.
We therefore enhanced the properties view to now show the key that is used for the particular connection.
The key shown is what's used when we store the connection to the Eclipse preferences.

    • Not Required

the properties view for the user is currently offering domain and username.

We should add the server and the connection url to it. As URL we should use the abbreviated form we're using when storing the connection. The form that uses "empty string" for the server when the connction's using the default server. Ex. https://adietish@ (what connects to https://adietish@openshift.redhat.com if openshift.redhat.com is the default server)
