2nd dialog with username and password on top of connection dialog if you use bad credentials

      1) Changing pw for existing connection:

      1. ASSERT: make sure you have connections in the OpenShift Explorer (auth dialog will NOT pop up in a fresh, empty workspace). Also Eventually remove projects in your workspace, that are git-shared.
      2. EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: select your account and hit Connect to OpenShift
      3. EXEC: in the Connection dialog: change password to something erroneous, hit Finish

      Result:
      On top of the connection-dialog, you get a 2nd dialog with username and password:

      2) When creating new connection:

      1. ASSERT: make sure you have connections in the OpenShift Explorer (auth dialog will NOT pop up in a fresh, empty workspace). Also Eventually remove projects in your workspace, that are git-shared.
      2. EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: hit Connect to OpenShift
      3. EXEC: in connection dialog: if connection-dialog has existing connection selected, change the combo to <New Connection>.
      4. EXEC: fill in your settings, use an erroneous password and hit Finish
