rename jbosstools-jbpm to jbosstools-jbpm3 so it's obvious this is NOT jbpm5 (which now lives in the droolsjbpm repo)

Proposed by me, seconded by ldimaggio. We need to rename https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-jbpm to https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-jbpm3 and update all jobs, linkages, etc. accordingly.

When the repo's renamed, assign back to me to clean up the staging site linkages and purge old folders, etc.
