Manage SSH keys wizard: Remove button is not disabled if there's not key selected

      1. ASSERT: make sure you have an account on OpenShift
      2. ASSERT: make sure you have at least 1 key for this user
      3. EXEC: in the "OpenShift Explorer" choose Manage SSH Keys... from the context menu
      4. EXEC: select your key and hit Remove (remove all keys that you have)
      5. ASSERT: the key(s) gets removed from the list, there's no key left in the list

      Result:
      The Remove button is still enabled even though there's no key selected that could be removed.
