The JBoss JAX-RS Tools plug-in scanned JARs added in the class path of a project, looking for annotated classes and JAX-RS HTTP Methods. This could result in slow behavior during project building. To resolve the issue, scanning of JARs has been disabled and the JAX-RS HTTP Methods (@GET, @POST, etc.) are now built in the plug-in. Changing the project class path no longer invokes scanning of JARs.
