In the project example wizard, there currently are several out of date or unsupported sites contributing project examples.

We need to :

• remove out of date sites
• Have only one JBoss Tools or JBDS project examples site (no version in name)
• identify which quickstarts can be salvaged
• move SOA related quickstarts to a SOA example descriptor contributed by a (new) SOA plugin
• maybe rename Shared Examples to Essential Examples
