Remove reference to org.junit4 bundle in favor of org.junit;bundle-version="4.8.0"

      org.junit4 bundle is a fake bundle that actually re-exports a dependency to org.junit;bundle-version="4.8.0" bundle.
      We should replace deps to org.junit4 to deps to org.junit
