Application wizard, Embed wizard: Explicitly provide "Enable jenkins build" (instead of adding jenkins-client cartridge)

    Description

      If you want to switch to a jenkins based build you'd currently have to add the jenkins-client to your application. The OpenShift WebUI does this in a far more explicit and user friendly way:

      It explicilty features a button that "enable jenkins build"

      We should provide something equivalent.
