Eclipse 4.2 Juno: "Toggle selection tag bar" toolbar item doesn't work

      1. Click on the toolbar item – notice that nothing is changed.

      2. Close "Selection tag bar" by clicking on "X" button, then try to bring it back via toolbar item – FAIL.
