SwitchYard-generated WSDL causes problems when WS Tester tries generating SOAP request

      Interesting bug discovered while testing the SwitchYard 0.5 release. Generating the SOAP request message from the SwitchYard-generated WSDL produces an invalid namespace declaration in the request, which causes issues. Will attach sample WSDL.
