Seam 2 war project creation generate old context parameter in web.xml

      New Seam Web project - type WAR is generated with web.xml, where is still old Richfaces context init parameter
      <param-name>org.richfaces.SKIN</param-name>
      instead of
      <param-name>org.richfaces.skin</param-name>

      Seam 2.3 runtime template has got this correctly, so JBTools takes different source of that for web.xml generation.
