Remote AS7 - server stop not detected with JBoss 7 Manager Service poller

      1. Set up a remote JBoss AS 7.1. During the set up, check "Expose your management port..."
      2. Make sure you have a management user set up for your AS installation on the remote host
      3. Start the server - add the correct login info when prompted
      4. Stop the server - server keeps stopping until timeout is reached and then an empty error message is shown - FAIL

      Note that the server process on the remote host actually stop right away. It's just the poller that doesn't detect the server is stopped.

      When you set up a remote JBoss AS 7.1.1 server, check "Expose your management port..." and set both pollers to JBoss 7 Manager Service, the server stop is not recognized properly. It keeps stopping until timeout is hit. During this time you cannot even click Stop again to force the stop. And when the timeout is reached, an empty error message is printed in the log:
