Endorsed Libraries configurator doesn't support quotes in <compilerArgument>

The regexp parsing the <compilerArgument> for java.endorsed.dirs doesn't detect the quotes in https://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as/blob/master/weld/pom.xml#L79

As a result, the Endorsed Libraries is not added to the project causing compilation errors
