Major Description
1) Restart a workspace which already has an openshift server
2) right-click the server
3) Note hte UI freezes for 10 or more seconds while a remote fetch is executed
This should not happen. This is due to the show in welcome page action not checking the hasWelcomePage() api and responding appropriately.
